Crow’s Nest
The Crow's Nest is a cozy suite in the Zen Barn. It features a queen-sized bed and an indoor balcony overlooking the Great Hall. Guests can enjoy fresh air on their private outdoor balcony. Shared bathrooms are available downstairs for convenience.
Log Cabin on the River

Pondview
A peaceful retreat with a private key-code entrance, a full kitchen, and a bathroom. Guests can enjoy nature trails, ponds, a floating dock, and a wood-fired sauna. The lodge provides high-speed Wi-Fi, organic coffee, and eco-friendly lighting. Pets are welcome for a fee, and all amenities are currently open.
Suite Pea
Suite Pea offers a peaceful getaway in a secluded natural setting. Guests enjoy a private, self-check-in suite with modern comforts, including a full bathroom, kitchenette, and a scenic view. The retreat features ponds, nature trails, a fire pit, and a wood-fired lunar sauna for relaxation.
Shire Suite
A cozy retreat in the Zen Barn, offering a peaceful escape with a queen-sized bed and a jacuzzi bath. A small living area with a woodstove adds warmth and charm, perfect for relaxation. Guests are welcomed by a unique wooden circular door with a green man door knocker. Enjoy modern comforts while being close to nature.
Farmview
A private, secluded getaway with rustic charm, featuring pinewood ceilings, a cozy wood stove, and scenic views of the surrounding farm and woods. Guests enjoy self check-in, a private entrance, and full access to the retreat’s amenities, including trails, a sauna, and a pond for fishing and canoeing. Located just a short drive from Stanardsville and Charlottesville, this peaceful cottage offers a perfect escape while staying close to dining and entertainment.
Cascina Rococo
Elegant Rococo furnishings, a marble bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and a private outdoor deck. Guests have full access to the 25-acre retreat, including trails, a sauna, a dipping pool, a meditation room, and more. The suite includes a private entrance, a kitchenette, and modern comforts for a relaxing experience. Conveniently located near Stanardsville and Charlottesville, it's an ideal escape.
Castle Suite
A private, self-check-in experience in a peaceful, nature-filled setting. Guests can enjoy a king-size bed, marble floors, stone walls, and a 6' Jacuzzi tub, along with views of the forest and access to various outdoor amenities. The retreat features ponds, nature trails, a sauna, and a farm stand, creating a relaxing eco-friendly escape. High-speed wireless internet is available, but there is no TV or cable in the room.

Where is White Lotus located?
We're in Stanardsville, Virginia, on a quiet 25-acre property at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains – about 15 minutes from Shenandoah National Park's Skyline Drive, 45–60 minutes from Charlottesville and Luray Caverns, and roughly 2 hours from Washington, D.C.
What kinds of lodging do you offer?
Eighteen unique, eco-conscious spaces – from the Hobbit House and riverside log cabin to restored barn suites, whimsical castle rooms, cottages, and nature-view lodges. Most are one-bedroom retreats for two guests; a few sleep up to four.
What amenities are included?
Secure self check-in, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, private or shared outdoor decks, plus access to communal spaces such as a sauna, meditation & massage rooms, 31-seat movie theater, nature trails, ponds, canoeing, fishing, and a nine-hole disc-golf course.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, several accommodations are pet-friendly. Please inquire at booking so we can place you in the best suite and review our pet guidelines.

Can I book for a wedding or private event?
Yes! The Zen Barn accommodates up to 100 guests. Rates: Fri/Sat/holidays – $3,500 per day (two-night minimum); Sun–Thu – $1,750 per day. Rental includes exclusive use of the barn's grand hall, sky-lounge, theater, wellness rooms, and outdoor ceremony sites.

What time are check-in and check-out?
Self check-in begins at 3 PM; check-out is by 11 AM. Because we use a keypad system, you may arrive at your leisure after 3 PM. Check availability and book your stay today.
