Ancestral Sound Journey with Lester Seal

Lester Seal uses sound and music to guide participants into a deep meditative state, inducing Alpha and Theta brainwave states. The event takes place in the Solarium at White Lotus. Participants are encouraged to bring a dish for the potluck following the sound journey. The event is donation-based with a sliding scale of $30-$40.
