Fall Equinox Cacao and Sound Bath

Join us for a heart-opening gathering to reflect, reconnect, and welcome the new season. Learn about and experience the benefits of ceremonial cacao as we tap into the elements of nature and gratitude. We will then shift into a sound bath led by David VanDerveer as you release into the energy of cacao and enjoy stillness as you are embraced by the sounds. We will then go on a short walk around the property as we take in nature that surrounds us and integrate out experience together.Cost is $40 per person, $35 if you sign up by September 10th.
